Does this replace my employees?
No. The agents take the repetitive work — preparing, sorting, chasing, matching — to give your team time back. Decisions and relationships stay human: nothing goes out without your approval.
In which language do the agents work?
In yours. The agents draft in English, French or Moroccan darija, and can handle a customer writing in one language while your internal record stays in another. The tone is set from your own past messages, not from a generic template.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
That is designed for from the start: every document (quote, invoice, reminder) passes through your approval before it is sent, and on the support side any sensitive or unusual request is handed to a human. The first two weeks exist precisely as a supervised run-in.
Where does my data go?

Do we need to be comfortable with technology?
No. We install everything, we train your team (two hours is enough) and you keep working with your usual tools — email, WhatsApp, Excel. The starter package requires no additional software.
How long before the team is live?
Around two weeks: a 30-minute review, configuration on your real documents, then the run-in period where you approve every output. The actual timing depends mostly on how quickly your standard documents are available.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. The monthly subscription has no lock-in, with 30 days' notice. You keep your documents, your templates and your accounts — nothing is held hostage.
