This policy explains how Ai4x collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our website ai4x.academy, our forms and our quiz, and when you interact with our advertising. We are committed to handling your data transparently and in compliance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data our services require:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address, telephone / WhatsApp number, company and job title (where you provide them).
- Data provided through our forms and quiz: quiz answers, level, areas of interest, stated needs, and any information you send us voluntarily.
- Data relating to minors (AI Kids Summer Camp): the child's first name and age, provided by the parent or legal guardian at registration (see section 9).
- Browsing data: pages visited, device, browser, analytics data and advertising identifiers, via cookies and trackers (see section 5).
3. How we collect your data
- When you complete a form (registration, quote request, expression of interest) or our quiz.
- When you submit an advertising lead form on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or LinkedIn.
- While browsing the site, through cookies and trackers.
- When you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
4. Purposes & legal bases
We process your data in order to:
- Handle and respond to your registration, request or application (performance of a pre-contractual / contractual relationship).
- Send you information and marketing communications about our programmes (on the basis of your consent; you may unsubscribe at any time).
- Measure audience and improve our website and content (legitimate interest / consent).
- Deliver and optimise our advertising, including retargeting (on the basis of your consent).
5. Cookies & trackers
Our website uses analytics and advertising cookies and trackers:

6. Recipients & processors
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical providers, acting as processors:
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Brevo — sending our emails and managing contact lists.
- Supabase — internal database (CRM) for tracking requests.
- Google, Meta, LinkedIn — analytics and advertising.
- Make — automated transfer of advertising leads.
Some of these providers are located outside Morocco; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as the purposes described require, and thereafter for the applicable legal period. Prospect data is kept for as long as the relationship is active, and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure (restricted access, secure connections, compliant providers).
9. Data relating to minors (AI Kids Summer Camp)
Our "AI Kids Summer Camp" programme is aimed at young people aged 12 to 17. Registration is carried out by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the necessary information and consents to the processing. We do not knowingly collect data from a minor without their legal guardian's agreement. For any request relating to a minor's data, contact us at info@ai4x.academy.
10. Your rights
Under law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to us at info@ai4x.academy. You may also unsubscribe from our emails in one click via the link at the bottom of every message. If you encounter difficulty, you may refer the matter to the CNDP (cndp.ma).
