You may be wondering…
Can the session really be run in English?
Yes — that is the point of this page. Trainers deliver in English, materials are provided in English, and for a mixed team we switch language inside the room when it helps. If part of your team is more comfortable in French or Arabic, that is not a problem either.
Do we need to have a Claude Team or Enterprise licence already?
No. If you are already equipped, we configure your existing workspace before the session. If you are not, we advise on the right plan (Pro, Team or Enterprise) and set the workspace up — this is Step 0, included in all three formats. The subscription remains in your company's name.
Our teams are complete beginners with AI. Is that a problem?
No — the day opens with an hour of introduction to generative AI, accessible to everyone. No technical profile is required: the training is built for business functions (finance, HR, sales, operations…).
One day or two: how do we choose?
Ignite (one day) is enough to make a team autonomous day to day — prompts, Projects, Cowork, business use cases. Accelerate (two days) adds a second day reserved for 6–10 champions: connectors to your tools, skills and plugins, then Claude Code. Choose it if you want people able to keep Claude alive internally without us. Transform goes further still: both days, plus one workflow delivered into production at your site.
Can the programme be adapted to our sector?
Yes, always. The scoping call exists to collect your real use cases (typical documents, spreadsheets, processes) and the workshops run on your own files — not on generic examples.
What about the confidentiality of our data?
A dedicated module covers it: what the Claude Team / Enterprise guarantees actually cover (your data is not used to train the models), and how to define an internal usage charter for sensitive data. See the section below →
How quickly can you run a session?
Quotation within one business day, and a session generally possible within one to two weeks depending on diaries. Tell us your date constraints in your request.
